These thoughts have been on my mind for some time, being happy seems to be a big part of life for many people, #YOLO right?

But to what extent does chasing happiness actually contribute to our personal well-being and does the fact we are chasing anything contradict ‘living for the moment’?

It’s all about you

Our world can be a confusing place. We are told from a young age to finish all the food on our plate, but now we struggle with weight; we should drink coffee before training but too much and we can’t sleep;  we should exercise but don’t know which one to choose; we should be happy “Yolo”  but risk being self-centered;  we know what to do but we can’t find the drive to carry it out.
