The Kickstarter combines #FUN (strength and conditioning), #FOOD (nutritional habits) and #FOCUS (mental skills and grit) in a truly bespoke program to suit your goals, needs and environment.
This is not a quick fix, all clients are coached through the development of habits and routines setting them up for a lifetime of health and wellbeing.
What should you expect?
#FOOD. We will not give you a list of meals or a diet to follow, we will develop habits around your existing diet and help you make changes where necessary. We work in adding #FOOD before removing #FOOD from your diet.
#FUN. Gym Routines – only if you want them. Not everyone enjoys the gym, we will work around your current level of expertise to get you moving and and having #FUN regardless of where or how that may be.
#FOCUS. We deal with real life, where are you at now and where do you want to be. We will help you work through barriers and develop a clear #FOCUS to spot and deal with ‘red flags’ that may knock you off your path.
I take on a small handful of Kickstarter clients every few months to ensure you get the attention you deserve.
