“it’s not about me”

Doing things for others is the quickest way to experience a sense of well being and satisfaction, here at Habitual we practice what we preach through supporting a number of initiatives via fundraising, time or expertise.

Charities We Support

Pinnacle Foundation

The Pinnacle Foundation support underprivileged children of Hong Kong through sport. Their flagship program “Athlete Development program” (ADP) offers full gym access, personal training, sports team membership and kit alongside a sports psychology program ran by Habitual.

I have also personally taken part in two deadlifting challenges, including a 24 hour event and cycled for two weeks around Japan solo to raise money for this excellent initiative.

Phnom Penh Social Rugby Club is Cambodia's only senior rugby team. Working closely with Friends-International, old rugby balls are converted into Rugby Wallets and sold online and at sporting events in Hong Kong. Habitual sales of these wallets support both groups directly

If you wish to get your hands on a wallet made from old rugby balls you can check us out at the Habitual Rugby Wallet Hong Kong Facebook page. Drop us a message or join our mailing list.

ChildFund Pass It Back is an innovative Sport for Development program led by ChildFund in partnership with World Rugby, Asia Rugby and Women Win that delivers an integrated life skills and rugby curriculum for children and young people in disadvantaged communities across Asia.

This amazing program is changing lives and I have been lucky enough to work closely with their team to provide rugby coaching content and on the ground rugby education for their coaches.
